The Best of both Worlds ! Dreamy & Delicious !
Fudge, usually extremely rich and flavored with cocoa, is made by mixing sugar, butter, and milk and heating it to the soft-ball stage at 240°F or 115°C, and then beating the mixture while it cools so that it acquires a smooth, creamy consistency. Chocolate and vanilla are added in the mix to make chocolate vanilla fudge.
